How to request deletion

1. Email info@dotfakgroup.com from the email address associated with your CareCircle account.
2. Use the subject line “CareCircle Account Deletion Request”.
3. Include your name and the email address used in the app. Do not include sensitive medical details in the email.
4. We will verify the request and process deletion unless retention is required for legal, security, payment, or abuse-prevention reasons.

Some limited records may be retained when required for legal compliance, security, payment reconciliation, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention.
