CareCircle collects the information needed to provide private family-care coordination features. We do not sell personal information.
Information we collect
CareCircle may collect account information, profile details, care-circle membership, medication routine details, medication activity logs, SOS alert details, device push tokens, subscription status, and app diagnostics needed to operate and improve the service.
How we use information
We use information to create and manage care circles, synchronize app content across authorized members, deliver push notifications, support medication and SOS workflows, provide customer support, maintain security, and operate subscriptions where applicable.
Location and SOS alerts
If you grant permission, CareCircle may include location context in SOS alerts sent to your care circle. CareCircle is not an emergency service and does not contact police, fire, ambulance, or other emergency responders.
Sharing
Information you add to a care circle may be visible to authorized members of that circle. We do not sell personal information or share it with advertising partners.
Service providers
We may use trusted providers for hosting, authentication, database, notifications, payments, app distribution, and operational support. These providers process information only as needed to deliver the service.
Retention and deletion
We retain information while your account is active or as needed to provide the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. You may request account deletion using the support instructions on this site.
